Wholeware 1-Year Limited Warranty

Wholeware stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. We want you to enjoy your Wholeware product with confidence and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

Wholeware warrants that the original product purchased for personal, household use will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Wholeware may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component;
  • Provide replacement parts;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
  • Provide another appropriate remedy where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Any repaired or replacement product or part will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance;
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance;
  • Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation, storage, or operation;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or replacement parts;
  • Damage caused by extreme weather, freezing, fire, flooding, power surges, or other external conditions;
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product manual, care instructions, or safety guidelines;
  • Products used for commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-household purposes;
  • Consumable items, filters, covers, accessories, or parts expected to wear through normal use, unless they were defective when received;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers; or
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Wholeware Customer Support and provide:

  1. Your name and contact information;
  2. The product name and model number;
  3. Valid proof of purchase showing the purchase date and authorized seller;
  4. A description of the issue; and
  5. Photos or videos that clearly show the claimed defect.

Please do not return the product before receiving instructions from Wholeware Customer Support.

Shipping and Service

Wholeware will determine whether the product, component, or supporting evidence must be returned for inspection.

Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for costs associated with:

  • Packaging the product for return;
  • Shipping a product that is determined not to have a covered defect;
  • Service required because of improper installation, use, or maintenance; or
  • Removal, disassembly, reinstallation, or site-access expenses.

Wholeware will provide specific instructions after reviewing the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wholeware will not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

Wholeware’s total liability under this Limited Warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the covered product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this one-year Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
